General competition guidelines, terms and conditions:
- The duration of each competition will be defined in the competition entry materials.
- The competition prize is (usually) the product being promoted in the competition in a choice of size and colour of the winner.
- Only persons over the age of 18 years and have provided all requested information for participation will eligible to participate and entered into the competition.
- If ALL of the conditions mentioned in point 3. are not fulfilled, the respective participant will be excluded from the competition.
- The winners will be determined randomly at the end of the competition.
- The winners will be informed via the e-mail address provided in the entry. Each winner must contact us within 5 working days by e-mail or phone with their address along with size and colour needed (if applicable). If a winner does not report within this period, the article will be redrawn again from all recieved entries.
- Cash payment of the prize value or transfer to another person is not possible.
- All contact data of the participants will be recorded and stored for the determination of the prize winner. All data will be deleted within 30 days after the end of the competition. Address data will only be collected from the winners and will only be used to send the prize. Participants are entitled to statutory rights of information, amendment and revocation.
Conditions of participation / Facebook competition
- Duration of the competition (unless otherwise stated), one week from the time stamp of the competition post
- The competition prize is (usually) the product being promoted in the competition in a choice of size and colour of the winner.
- The conditions of participation can be found in the corresponding posting – multiple entries will be counted as a single entry.
- Comments that violate Facebook guidelines, German law and / or copyright will be removed without notice. The participant is thereby excluded from the competition.
- Whoever has reached the age of 18 years is eligible to participate.
- The winners will be determined randomly after the end of the competition.
- The winners will be informed via the Facebook comment function of the Facebook post. Each winner must respond within 5 working days via Facebook messenger with their address details. If a winner does not report within this period, the winner will be drawn again among all entered participants.
- Cash payment of the prize value or transfer to another person is not possible.
- All Facebook names of the participants are recorded and stored for the purpose of determining the prize. All data will be deleted within 30 days of the competition end date, but the comments on Facebook will remain and can still be viewed publicly. Address data will only be collected from the winners and will only be used to send the prize. Participants are entitled to statutory rights of information, modification and revocation.
- The competition is not sponsored or supported by Facebook.
