Waterproof summer gloves are now standard equipment for most motorcyclists. But where are the differences and what can expensive and less expensive models do? With this in mind, the TOURENFAHRER editorial team set out to find a summer motorcycle glove that offers a high level of dexterity and grip despite the waterproof membrane.

In a test, nine waterproof summer gloves from various manufacturers were therefore put under the microscope. The gloves had to prove themselves in the categories of waterproofness, weight, dexterity, fit and abrasion resistance. Conclusion: „The most expensive candidate comes in a two-chamber design. Typical for Held, safety features and workmanship are at the top level. Wearing comfort and grip feel are also impressive.“
